...Terrorism a Little Bit Longer? For my Social Problems class, my professor assigned a one-page essay of two paragraphs of at least seven sentences each on my beliefs regarding terrorism and since I only have five sentences written down for the second and it's not one full page yet, I need a couple more ideas to make my essay a little bit longer to reach one full page and to be able to have at least two more sentences for the second paragraph so if anyone has any other ideas I can add on to the second paragraph, please help me out by giving me some to help me finish it. Here is everything I have written down so far for the essay:
In life throughout history, terrorism has occurred everywhere all around the world. Terrorism is the premeditated use or threatened use of violence by an individual or group to gain a political objective. These people are known as terrorists and they commit these acts of violent crimes against others because they want to bring attention to their point of and don’t care about hurting others. In fact, by hurting others, they get a lot of publicity and people start talking about it a lot. An example in which we can see this is after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. After the terrorist attacks on that day, because so many people ended up being hurt, injured, and killed and because it was also such a big deal, people had been talking about it ever since then. As a result of that, those terrorists got exactly what they wanted, which is for people to know that they were there and to talk about it so that they would gain publicity and so more people will know about their cause.
Freedom fighting is the act of people having to fight for something even if it means hurting others sometimes since they can bring attention to their point of view this way. Freedom fighters usually have to make some sacrifices for their cause. Even though sometimes they have to make sacrifices, they’re usually able to raise awareness about their cause and will do more good than harm in the end. Freedom fighters fight for a cause and they want other people to know about their cause so they will help too. One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter.
