start date to birthday? Please help!
I am trying to work out an annual leave allowance for a part-time member staff from their contract start date to their birthday.
They are starting next Monday 9th March and their birthday falls on Tuesday 3rd November. They work 15hrs per week. The normal leave entitlement we give full time staff (37hrs per week) is 20 days a year.
Can someone please tell me the answer to this and also tell me the calculation you used?
