Neck Spasm?? One Year

Ok, is there any doctors that aren't so high on themselves that can truly help me answer my question. I have been suffering from a neck injury for the past year, I have been to a doctor in almost each field and because my MRI and Xrays come back ok, they forget about you and think its in your head. I have been to massage therapist, PT, OT, myofascial release, you name it. I can turn my head but it feels like my muscle are constantly tightened, so I get them massaged it makes my head like a bobble head so not matter which way its not right. I can't spend thousands and thousands anymore I just need a solution. I need a real medical answer not some voodoo or religious answer.

just a quick question for ya. did you actually see and read your own reports or were you simply TOLD everything was okay? if you actually have your own copies of all reports(if not get them soon)could you just post here what was written in the summary at the end of the MRI report?

you mentioned a "neck injury" did you at some point actually have a real injury done to that area or is this just what you "feel" you have? FB

I was in a car accident in 2002, from the whiplash I sustained I now suffer with it constantly. I tried every pillow to find peace of mind when I sleep and to this day I'm still looking for the perfect pillow. You on the other hand need to learn to relax, it's not the end of the world. I hear ya, like my friend who was on a city transit bus back in 2006,anyways she just has to hit the back of her head and the jarring problem starts all over for her. She is in such bad straits she doesn't know what to do. She has tried hot packs to cold packs, she's tried regular and extra strength tylenol, she's tried percocet and I think people are forgetting that these products are good to help rid the pain and 9times out of 10 don't always help the persistant pain that's there. Ibuprofen works wonders, even though on a bottle of Advil it says not to be taken for more than 5 days, if so you should seek medical advice and even that stupid advice is always what they say, it's all in your head and I say precisely.

They are not you, they are not experiencing the problem, so when one medical doctor rules out that it's not, then try the holistic approach, because I am and I am seeing the results.

So is it all in your mind, NO . . .because it affects the spine, the fibers, the tissues, pressure points in all areas of your body, not just your head, neck, shoulders etc.
