Neck pain

I have been in pain since May when I hurt my neck at work. I have tried rest, medications, muscle relaxers, physcial therapy, injections and nothing is working. I am starting to lose strength on my right side have shoulder pain and numbness and tingling in my right hand Iam also starting to drop things out of my hand. My MRI shows mini mal extrudal compression at C4-5 due to a disk osteophyte complex. C5-6 show centeral protrusion of the disc with osteophytes compressing the thecal sac. I am in pain constantly and getting worse I don't no what to do
 
When was your last mri?

If you are getting clumsy w/your hand and it is getting weak then it is time to get a referral to a spine surgeon or neurologist. Pain sucks, but in my experience docs. don't want to operate for pain so much. But loss of function needs to be dealt with immediately because your loss of function may be permanent.

Also, you might want to post your questions at the spine disorders board here. A lot of experienced neck people there. You can post the impression results of your mri and someone there should be able to help you. Take care.
