Neck pain sore throat head pressure

I have had a cough for about a month. I had headaches, sore throat and head pressure off and on. Starting 7 days ago I started getting a pain in neck behind my right ear. I have severe head pressure and sore throat. I have no energy and can barely get out of bed. My doctor called in antiobotics for me and I have been taking them for two days. I feel worse. I am scared and confused. What is going on?

I have had constant head pressure for 6 years. There is strength in numbers, so we can all work on a solution together.
