Neck Pain from Computer Use.

After about half an hour working at my computer I develop a severe neck pain which makes me have to stop working for a couple of hours until it wears off.

This is obviously not very convenient and I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if they have found a way to deal with it?

Oh yeah... I have that. It's all about posture, monitor position, etc.... The "ergonomics" of computer use.
