Neck or Sinus Please Help!

Hi,

I have posted a few times on theis board befor and the people here have been very helpfull so I thought I would give it a go again.

I have been getting bad headaches in my forehead, temples and back of head. I have pressure in my nose and bridge of the nose. I also have lots of neck pain.

I was diagnosed with TMJ this year and am wearing a 24/7 neuromuscular splint that has helped my jaw alot.

However I havent been able to shake the neck pain sinus issues and headaches.

I go to a chiropracter regularly with no real progress.

I have been to an allergist and have no enviromental allergies that showed up.

I have had a Sinus XRay and it was clear, however they even said that an XRay is not that good for show infection and other things it really only shows structural problems and very very severe infections.

I have also taken antibiotics on several occasions with no real succes.


I use a neti pot to flush my sinuses and it actually starts to take my headache away. not completely but it definatly helps.

I am just wondering is this a sinus issue that I have been dealing with for the last 8 months or is it related to my neck and jaw?

Hi Ken,

Definately I know I have some Inflamation around the neck and I assume I have some in my sinuses. Just don't know what to do, I really dont want to ive like this for ever I am only 24.
