Neck & back pain

:dizzy:Yes i too! have server back, neck,both arms and legg's pain mine is from a pinced nerve in my neck. which they called a cervical strain! and it slowly progressed. and i can't sit for long perioRAB at a time at my pc or reading not fun
nor long drives bothers me too! my Dr's did not really relate to me what was going on and made me feel like i was crazy? i found a Chiropractor!! who has made me comfortable in answering all my questions and no im not crazy.
so right now we are working on getting me back to hopefully where i was before
i injured myself.? that's what sounRAB like you too might have (starlove) and where it hurts the worst in your arms/ is in between the elbows and the pinching in my fingers w/ tingling sensatons. good luck to all of you it is no fun being in pain. and yes horrible headaches everyday they started out maybe 2 a week now it too has progressed to everyday.
 
I think this is good because reading others! helps us to maybe have some hope and some understanding
 
I have an old whiplash, and I know the pain you are experiencing in your neck while sitting at the PC. I always wear a cervical collar when I am at the PC, or doing anything that requires my head to bend forward. Pinched nerves do NOT like that position so the cervical collar keeps it up, and you use your eyes to look downward more. Do you have a cervical collar?
