It hurts to touch my neck from about the middle of my adams apple all the way down to my collar bone. It does not hurt to swallow and i dont have any lumps. I can kinda feel it hurting while im just sitting around but it really hurts when i touch it. It has been goin on for about 3 days now. Does anyone know what it could be?
