i get acne on the back of my neck and severly on my back, yet never on my face, they can be painful especially if a top strap is resting on it, if u have long hair tie it up to stop ur back getting so hot, rinsin ur neck with hot hot hot water on a flannel each evening and morning 2 draw out all bacteria causing the spots, and if this doesnt help u can see a dermetologist, he prescribed me tablets but they mayb give u creams depending on how bad the problem is, i also used 2 use fusicort cream, sometimes that works x
