Neck Acne/Rash is driving me insane

B5 has eliminated the acne on my face and back but it has not helped one bit with the acne rash on my neck.
Does anybody have any tips on how to get rid of neck acne nothing i have tried has worked and believe me i have tried allsorts.
My neck is red and sore with tiny little spots some with whiteheaRAB some without whiteheaRAB.
I have had this problem for the past 5 years and it's really getting me down especially as i am clearing up everywhere else.
Neck acne is the hardest thing to get rid of for me.
Any help would be well appreciated.
 
Keep at whatever is working for your face, it may just take a little longer to work on the neck, at least that makes sense to me. Have you got hair that dangles onto it? that would be bad for it, is something rubbing the area? that would also irritate it. Do you stand in the shower so that the hot water hits your neck? - that would increase sebum production and result in spots.
 
My neck, even back towarRAB my hairline, is breaking out something fierce also. :( Of course, my face is also, especially my jawline, chin area, and nose. I know it's because I stopped taking tetracycline about 10 days ago (I was still breaking out, which is why I stopped it after 2.5 months, but wasn't breaking out like THIS). I am hoping it calms down soon, it looks awful.

So erabarassing to be 29 years old at work with about 100+ acne lesions scattered on my face, neck, scalp, etc. Bahh.

Wish I had advice, but if I did, I wouldn't be suffering with ya.

Yes, I agree re the shower thing! This may sound crazy, but showers cause neck acne on me, whereas baths do not. The connection occurs so frequently I just can't put it down to coincidence.
 
ya if someting is rubbin against ur neck it'l pass on grease, no moatter how clean u tink ur hair is while ur sleepin r touchin it ova n ova in da day, its blockin da pores!.... iv long hair nd i always pull da hole lot it over 2 da right side, and its only lately dat iv been doin it dat iv started getin acne on dat side of myneck nd dat side of my face.... only!!! da left side is grand!! if ur lik me 2 nd share foundation wit every oda girl,....stop, cus ur passin on so much bateria from der face 2 urs, or even urs 2 ders, by da sponge or brush ur using,...nd ur dipin dem germs bak into da make-up everytin u go 4 mor....so its der again da nxt time u go 2 put on ur make up :(....!! replace ur make up ....alot!...every month even if u dont use it dat much,......dnt share it!!,....tell ur scabby m8s 2 go ou n buy der own if dey dont want a face of spots:D!!,... nd 1 mor ting.... im usin this reli gud med 4 acne called Minocin?.... u tak it only 1ce a day, u hav 2 get it tru da doctor,...but my face wus terrible nd i was on it only 3weeks nd im soooo happy wit how clear it is!!!!!!!!! it doesnt reli affect any oder medz ur on,....:jester:-its savage!!....nd i drink wit it 2 & smoke!....ya wud hardly notice ow flaws in me skin cus iv lik no bumps,only marks ova d years!! my neck is making me crazy too...my face is finally starting to show some real improvement and my neck looks like a Friday hangout for big red buggers!
 
Oh, the dreaded nacne! I have also found that when my face is clearing up, the pimples seem to move down to my chest and back. Very odd. I hope you find a solution.
 
Scouselad, do you shave the areas on your neck with the acne/rash problems? My beard grows fairly heavy on my neck and I suffer from shaving irritation that is very similar to what many black men have (although I am white) and sounRAB like your situation. This irritation can resserable acne and even creat little puss filled white heaRAB but for me it must be treated very differently then acne but I have learned to control it(I now have very minor unvisible irritation). Let me know if this is the case and I have some advice.
 
That is the way hormonal acne works . Face, then chest and back. spiro is great for that
