This collections agency started calling me afew months ago demanding i pay $300 to paypal. I had been on paypal trying to sell something for $300. I told them. I was selling the item. Not buying. Why do I owe $300? They never gave me a striaght answer so i ignored them. Now i've recieved a "Notice of claim" In the mail saying i MUST pay immediantly. What can I do? I dont have the money nor do i even owe it.
