I'm watching the NCIS episode called Legend and Ziva keeps sneaking around to see this guy. Apparently his name is Micheal Rivkin. I wanna know who he is and what his connection to Ziva is. All i know is that he's isreali and knows Ziva's father. Is it like an arranged dating kind of thing?
