I submitted my application to Appalachian State University about a month ago. However, I was out of school so long, that I had to fill out a "non-continuous enrollment" form that wanted me to describe everything I did between high school graduation (2002) until now. Given how long its been, it is difficult to recall the exact timeline of all my classes and jobs. I estimated the best I could, and got an email from admissions saying that my "04-05 timeline is inconsistent with my transcript."
If this causes my application to be rejected, I'm hoping that I don't have to fill one of these out for every NC college. Does every NC college and university require these, or just Appalachian in particular?
