NBA trade rumors: Ford for O'Neal or Ford for Diaw?

Which trade rumor would most likely happen? According to ESPN, the Raptors have been talking to the Pacers and the Suns. There is talk of Ford going to the Suns along with their 1st round pick for Boris Diaw. I also heard yesterday the Raptors were discussing a deal with the Pacers, the idea of Ford, Nesterovic, and the 1st rounder for O'Neal. What deal makes more sense? What other possible deals you think will be made before, during ,and after the draft?
 
The oneal deal makes more sense if the raptors do the diaw deal then that will be the dumbest move ever.. especially since suns dont want ford or need him.. and raps don't need diaws bad contract. With oneal you can have a proven all star to start at c. who although is injury prone and has a bad contract will have a great impact and his contract ends on the year wade,lebron and carmelo anthony are free agents which is an added bonus.
