NBA 2K8 for Playstation 2?

I can't access my saved season the next time I play. I can tell that my season is saved on the memory card because I can view my previous game results (wins, losses, stats, etc.) but cannot seem to find how to continue my season from where I left off the last time I played?
I already loaded the profile successfully, but don't know what to do from there to go to my saved season. What should I do after the profile is loaded?
 
ok 1st u turn offf the game trust me IT WORKS THEN WEN U TURN IT BAC GO TO WERE U SAVED IT AND IT VOMED BACC I DID IT WIT MY 2K7 GAME FOR PS2
