i'm thinking about going into either the Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, or Army Rangers.

what does each do/ what are there usual missions?
which is better for going into CIA Special Activities Division later on?
which training is hardest to get into?
which has the most specialized skills / most elite?

*and any other info you can tell me

Your thinking about going into Navy seals, army special forces or army rangers?

Think again mate, you dont just join up there special forces. They select you if you are in the right branch with good experince.
And if you want to go into the CIA, then you should join Law enforcement and have a good degree behind you.

SEALs usually deal with demolition and other missions such as defending off shore oil wells. Green Berets or army special forces focus on a wide range of missions including guerrilla warfare and unconventional warfare. Rangers are simply a rapidly deployable light infantry force that are simply better trained infantrymen. SEALs or Green Berets are probably best for going into the CIA because of the security clearance required and both have equally tough training (except SEALs are in the cold water). And all are elite.

Seals sneak in from the coast deal with demolitions and sneak out. They don't get caught. Green Berets go into countries and train things like rebels and negotiate. They are the first ones into a country. Rangers do the most fighting and the most killing. They are elite fighters (they all are but the rangers do it the most.) They are skilled at going through the toughest environments to keep fighting. I would have to say Green Berets is the hardest to get into. Then Navy Seals then Rangers. Green Berets always speak more then one language. Usually languages like Russian and Arab. Like the Navy Seals they have grueling physical training. You need to slow down before you start rushing of to the CIA.

Army Special Forces.
Training is almost 2 years. By the time you get done... hell, the list goes on and on of what they do. A lot of SF (green berets) walk on to CIA Operative Positions.
SF will teach you a foreign language. Teach you a whole new persona. Chuck Norris thought about becoming a Green Beret... but he wimped out. lol

Dude... there are about eight steps just to get from "Civilian" to "Spec Ops" and like six more to get to the CIA. You need to slow down, take a deep breath and say "Where do I want to be if I don't make it through Ranger/SF/Seal training?" Most people don't so make sure your contract is structured in such a way you'll still have a job you're happy with for the duration of the enlistment.
