Navy Medical Disclosure Question?

About a year ago I pulled a muscle in my back/shoulder and it was pretty sore. Days went by and it was still there, weeks went by and it was still there. I eventually got it checked out and the doctor gave me a few pills for muscle spasms. Weeks turned to months and I went back to the doc, they x-rayed and nothing was wrong, they did range of motion tests and nothing was wrong. They decided to give me a few weeks of PT to message and stretch but it was still there. I got checked by a specialist and nothing seemed wrong, no diagnosis. The pain eventually left but now after signing my contract with the Navy it has started up again. To be honest on the medical form I couldn't find anything that met what I had so I didn't put anything, for me it was a non issue. But now that it is back I see it may be something more than what I thought. Will they get angry with me for getting it checked out more, such as an MRI? I am able to workout heavily but the pain is annoying. Is undiagnosed pain disqualifying?
