Hello, i am a male and about to be 19. I am trying to join the U.S. Navy but have encountered a problem. My recruiter called me a month ago and told me i do not qualify to join because i graduated from a Tier 2 school. The day before he called i took my ASVAB at MEPS and made an 83 (I know i can do even better). I was only at this Tier 2 school for my last semester and attended a Tier 1 all my life. My recruiter has been trying different methods to get me in. Now (this week) he is sending in my school transcript and ASVAB scores to the district commanding officer (i think) to review me case by case. I have been arrested twice (gram marijuana and minor theft) and already received waivers. (If anyone cares i was living in a bad environment at the time and now i'm old enough to choose where i live and have completely changed). With this information could somebody please tell me what you think will happen, and explain to me what case by case means. My recruiter said i have a good chance but i would like your opinion. (remember its only the school qualification i do not meet).
