Leave for Boot in a few days, from what i've been told Passing PQS + initial PFT = promotion. I also hear its not automatic, but the RDC's can promote about 10% of recruits in there division. My question is since i will have E2 automatically after bootcamp because of my AEF rate, does this mean if i am promoted I will be bumped to E3 instead of E2. Also How many recruits are in a division and what are my chances to get a promotion.
