Navy Aviation Rescue Swimmer or Navy Intelligence Specialist?

Hello, I am graduating in a few months and currently enlisting in the Navy. My recruiter wants me to become a rescue swimmer because I am in EMT school, however, I have always been interested in the Intelligence community or Corpsman, but he says both of those fields are saturated and advancement is limited.
What are some pros/cons, details of each job? Also, I'm a female. How would that impact the job?
I've always wanted to travel the world, so would that be possible with any of them?
And I know rescue swimming training is hard but what is the other training like?

Thank you, I appreciate your time.
I don't mean that HE just wants me to do it. I would also like to do the rescue swimming but I am a little hesitant because I am not really sure about all the incentives of the job, yet.
I am just curious about some real world facts, rather than what they write on the websites.
