when I exercise, even a little bit, I feel like I am going to throw up. I've always been in good shape, so this isn't a case of my being in poor health. This just started happening a few months ago and hasn't gone away. In general, I feel a liitle nauseous all the time. For example, when I drink a glass of water quickly, I feel it. Throughot the day, Ill sometimes feel a sensation as though someone is poking me in the gullet. Even when I laugh suddenly, I feel it a bit. But the feeling is at it's worst when I exercise. Does anyone have any ideas about what this could be? Is this a case for a gastro or an ent or other? I really appreciate the help.
