nausea,weird spinning head?

It first started with me last week after I woke up I started puking(but only stomach 'juices'-after that I just feel nauseous most of the time and try to puke after eating etc) then since then I feel as if my head is constantly spinning (usually if I try to sleep or when I wake up if I am able to sleep).It has been roughly almost two weeks. What could be wrong with me?

Yeah I know its odd and its very hard to explain.

Though maybe one of you have experienced it before?
