Naughty Bear Xbox 360 help please.?

My Naughty bear for xbox 360 keeps freezing when i play it for about 45 minutes or get to a almost beat a level has this ever happened to anyone else because this is my third copy. I think it is my system because that is what Gamestop says and how they explaned it to me sorta makes sense
