anyone personally try this? has it worked for you? i really want to just start off fresh... like feelin clean and ready to shed off my winter pounds!!! hehe... im also gonna be running 3 to 4 times a week... 2 miles to 3 and weight lifting... my goal is about 40 pounds in 5 months... oh and i will also be doing that GNC lean shake! let me know what you think about tht cleanse!!
