natures cure pills caused my gf to miss her period??

Any females tried these "natural" acne pills? i use them , however I got my girlfriend on it when she started breaking out, and after a month of using it and stopping shes missed her period for two months now. Do you think these pills might have caused it?
 
I have been on it for 2 months and my period was regular. HOWEVER, my big toe nails are lifting and this is the only new thing that has been introduced into my body, so it is suspect.
