I couldn't go this morning nor the afternoon. Since there's no IHOP here where I live. 
Though they are building one here, but is still not ready yet to open.
So my question is, Does this event always comes once a year or are there more? Is it just going to be ONLY! Tuesdays?
I know that in the past they were other restaurants giving free stuff like Ben & Jerrys free ice cream in election day and Starbucks a cup of coffee (un less you volunteer or something)
Are there more restaurants who do these type of stuff? and when? (find out about these type of things in Facebook more often.)
