payment I will be sued.? I do owe the debt, and have been trying to set up reasonable payments, but they want 1/2 now and 1/2 next month, and there is no way I can do that.

Please help. I'm really just wondering if anyone else has dealt with them and if they lie and say that you are about to be sued...
