A ariel New member May 14, 2010 #1 I've been fighting off a rather nasty cold - nasal congestion and a cough. I've taken Nyquil, but I still can't fall asleep because of the congestion. I'm sleeping with my head propped up, but I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me? I just want to sleep
