I am 14 weeks pregnant and came down with a cold 2 days ago, I have been fortunate enough to have the last few days off but I am still ill. I have to go to work tomorrow and I am curious what I can take. I know Tylenol, but I am curious if I can take sudafed, or dayquil. Anything to get me through the day, that will not harm my baby. Thanks
