NASCAR TRIVIA--Who was the last Dodge competitor in the 80's?

Even though Dodge left NASCAR in the late 70's there was one driver who refused to give up and ran a Dodge well up into the mid-80's.
Can you name the driver? His car #? Do you know any of his sponsors? Good luck and have fun with it!
