Here the short version. I read a story on fanfiction.net, about how the kyuubi (i think) sent naruto back in time and in doing so, erased minato from existence. I'm trying to find the story again but not having any luck T.T. Would anyone happen to know the name of this fanfic?
If it helps, from what I remember naruto is sent back in time, who becomes very concerned about living up to the Yondaime's legend, and the story continues on to describe how he is surviving in whirlpool later, when he meets surviving children from destroyed countries/villages or so heading off to konoha. He goes along and Naruto tries to mask his origins and age. He is considered mature, a prodigy, gains an Uchiha instructor who is obsessed/has something to do with butterflies, goes to the chuunin exams (in rain/amagakure?), passes, returns to konoha bearing a scroll Naruto's teacher gave him before having Naruto and another genin squad run off while he and (another?) jounin sensei try to buy them time due to trailing ninja wanting the information stolen during the chunin exams inside the village. his sensei dies.
...and thats all I recall. I would Really appreciate the help of someone who recalls the title/where i can find this.
