Napoleon Total War Jumping problem?

Hi I bought napoleon total war about a month ago and it worked fine with no problems but recently there is a jumping problem for example when the troops move they move a little stop, move a little stop etc

My pc specs :

Amd athlon II x4 640

ati radeon 5670

If you have a solution to this problem please Say! thanks
