Naming your business when someone else's business has the name?

If you are naming your business and you want to use the name "My Business" but the name "My Business Inc." already exists, can you still use "My Business" since the "Inc" is not included. I know it means it is incorporated but how does that effect me when choosing the name someone else already sort of has?..
