For a couple of weeks now I have been really annoyed because I can't think of a name of a T.V show. I have googled, and googled, but I can't seem to find anything. Here is my description:
It is a cartoon. I think it was on ABC. It was one of those shows wear it only goes for 5 or so minutes. It is about a girl, roughly 16, she wears glasses, Caucasian, and always wears a green blazer. She is really depressing and always speaks in a mono-tone voice. I don't think this show plays anymore. Judging by the girl's accent, she is either American or Canadian. Also, If this helps; in the end credits she is playing volleyball. The ball is thrown at her. She misses, because she doesn't even move her arm. A couple of seconds later she moves her.
