I saw a movie and it starts with a teenage girl at home preparing for her little sisters party and she's on the phone to her mum. She then gets kidnapped and her mum hears the whole thing and is running through traffic to try and get home. And then the only other thing I remember is the little sister spills ice cream on something belonging to the now missing girl and the mum gets really angry.
