i remember watching this back in 2002 it was about a robot who ran away from the government or whatever because people were trying to track him. He transforms in a man with black hair, long enough to tie a little ponytail. He travels with a girl, who i think is a rebel or something because people chased her too. there was another robot that was sent to get him and stuff. i remember specific scenes like when he wanted to play to anti-gravity vacuum but you had to be a kid so he transformed into a kid to go play it. He and the girl were in the tunnel and he started petting a cockroach and the girl was disgusted. But i can't remember so it's really bothering me, i tried to dimiss the thought but it usually comes back
