it was a american cartoon which kinda had some anime influence. The girl was a rebel or something and she decides to travel with a robot that the government is after. So she gets chased by the government, the robot could shapeshift and he usually had black hair with a short ponytail. The government made another robot who kinda looked like the other teminator robot, but i don't remember that well. Yeh it just bothers me a lot i've been trying to remember for a long time.
