Ok, all my life me and my dad have been going down on a river in Overton County, TN called roaring river. We go to a far off fishing hole, and we always see a fish in it,(only there no where else on the river) that is a good 4-6 feet long. My dad claims they are called a red horse, but every time i look up a red horse the records are around 10 pounds. I mean this thing is a Monster, easily 40-60 pounds, and we cant catch it. Anyway, does anyone know of any fish in the northern east part of TN that gets that big in the Rivers in this region. This is a small river. Not usually over 6-10 deep at the deepest spot's. I am wanting to catch that fish and see if it is a record of some kind. Or just take a pic and turn it loose since, Since it been there so long. Next time im down there and i have my digital camera i'll take a pic and show to someone that is really interested in looking at it. I'll email it.
