I remember this cartoon show where the plot was mainly centered on this younger kid that was either a teenager or in his 20's with black hair and how he was discovering that he was part alien. Whenever he'd come close to another alien his eye would turn blue or something but apart from this he looked like a normal human i think.
I also thought that Steven Spielberg had something to do with it but I must be mistaken. I also thought that it was called Alien Invasion but haven't found it with that title. It was 100% a cartoon though - not real actors.
I think it might have been on the WB... but again i haven't found anything with that info so maybe not
