Name of a song I heard on 'funny wedding videos' on TLC?

Lyrics were something like 'come on come on come on baby come on sugar let the good times roll' and had alphabet actions in the song as well? Small boy sings it with alphabet action and the bride and groom join in. Think the kid was wearing a red coat.. Know its a long shot but does anyone have any idea? And its not 'Shirley & Lee'
