Based on the book of an asian american author? Came out not too long ago 2009-10 I'd say. It was about clones who were at some sort of academy and they would later be harvested for organs, with a love triangle going on while they were away on a trip?
I didn't see the movie but wanted to, but think that's the plot. Kept typing keywords into google or looking up movies similar to the island but came up short... if anyone can help?
I knew the name, but for some reason only the movie title "Do the Right Thing" by Spike Lee comes to mind...
