Name of a comedy about 3 boys & 2 girls set in high school?

I know 2 of the characters were called PJ & Jazz and there was a funny head mistress. One of the other boys was always talking to a cardboard cutout of jeremy clarkson and trying to do his voice for answers. It used to be on after 2 pints of larger & a packet of chrisps..Please help as its doing my head in trying to remember the name lol
