Please help with the name of a cartoon that was aired in the year 98 -2000 in this cartoon a boy who helps a lost girl to find his father traveling by boat in the middle of the ocean. i guess the place where they were at was all in the ocean. I do not have alot of details all i know that it was a good short cartoon.
