I got Pushups, pike push ups, lunges, squats, pull ups, chin ups, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, sit ups, dips, and jumping jacks. Additional ones I have are calf raises, hyperextensions, handstand push ups, heel touches, and crunches. Which ones wouldn't I do? And which am I missing?
