I moved into an old apartment building last autumn and this spring I'm planting a lot of vegetables in the already existing garden. At one end of the garden there are thousands of nails all through the soil that I cannot pick out because it would take all summer just to pick them all out. So if I leave them in the soil will they harm my plants?
