N95 on sale on Ebay!? is this real?

Sorry guys i searched and tried to find if there's a thread about it, but nothing comes up. this sale sounds real because he got all the square trade tools and stuff, and he's going through paypal. i'm just not sure and is a bit hesitatant because i thought n95 isn't out yet.....

so here it is, i need help guys~

It's fake. Take a look at the items he has sold so far. All of them were for $0.99 cents! All of a sudden, he has 30+ auctions for phones costing $300+? Seems fishy.

You can take the risk and let us know how it goes if you like, but I wouldn't.
 
I've also heard of people selling something on eBay on a "when deliverable" basis. Supposed to be clearly delineated in the description, but sometimes it's in fine print somewhere. Of course it could (and probably is) just a scam. PayPal gives it an air of legitimacy, but they're not foolproof either.
 
ebay is all about learning curves and reading more to know better~ one thing here, i know that scammers on ebay tries to get you into a western union transfering method so they can scam u, but what other method would they be able to do if they are using paypal with a squaretrade tool?

so there's a way to bypass that and made paypal not doing a charge back?

one reason i want to know is because there is way too many way of scamming people on the internet, the more you learn, the better you know how to prevent it~ i just want to know more if anyone has any pass experience~
 
its a scam bro. if u give him money, you wont get a phone. sure u can file a dispute with paypal, but that will take about an eon, and he still gets to keep your cash.
 
yea sorry for the another n95 avaliable thread, cuz i wasn't following cell phone market lately, i did a search but there isn't enough to convince me if it's out or not, i just need to make sure. you guys are the expert so i figure maybe i will ask you guys first~

you know, this paypal and square trade tool just seems so convincing to me, but the "too good to be true" instinct got me there where i stoped. good i asked you guys first~

and its even funnier when the scammers claimed they are right and u are wrong or they have a mini-sd edition or something
 
I like to contact the scammers sometimes and I do love their reponses sometimes. ...and usually the most broken english one could imagine.

U noe what I searched for a freaking long time and they all sucks but for this one I don't noe u better look at this post for a week or so if I post got deleted then it is probably fake. I am getting one from my friend and the price is $1200 CAD so I don't noe if that one is real one or not.
 
i promise you, if you bid/buy on what someone says is an N95 before you see tagged pics or the phone in person, you will get owned.

But if you are into throwing money away, more power to you.

blieve us.. it's fake! he's prob useing some way around it, so his link isn't gone.. you in the end to who ever that buys it. Will end up with nothing..
