Hi,

My N95 crashed with 1 min left on update to V.20, I sent it back to Nokia and they've got it up and running again. Just plugged it back in for the 1st time and it says there a new version (21) available.

Do I risk it again or shall I leave it? Don't wanna brick my phone again

There shouldn't be a risk. The only risks I can think of are a computer crash during the update (pretty remote), a power surge (pretty remote), or accidental disconnect like if a pet pulls the USB cable out of the computer. Sounds like your problem last time was a freak occurrence. Most problems with updates are user-caused. Remember to have your SIM card installed and the "General" profile selected.

here is a freak chance: what if you get a phone call during your update? I bricked one of my phones before and know how you feel. I think i would def. do it again.

That can't happen. You're phone is active only while the fw is being downloaded, when the update actually starts the phone is put into test mode, thus you can't receive a call.

Just updating the post:

I succesfully upgraded firmware to v21. My phone is chuffin sweet now.

Thanks for advice.
