N95 Available around Feb 1st week?

Following is what a trusted(seems to be!) says in ebay... he is selling for $809 which not a bad price.

"Attention: The N95 will be available for shipping on or around the first week of February, and possibly a few days earlier than that. There will be LIMITED quantities available, and if you want one you are going to have to get in line now! I do want to ask that ANY buyers please remain patient, our order of 65 is being processed and they have given us an approximate arrival date. But, this could change slightly a business day or two either way. If you are not willing to be at least a bit flexible, please DO NOT BID or BUY this Nokia N95!"

So may be N95 is around the corner? You guys beleive it?

This line scares me a little.....perhaps it's mobilebee posting on ebay!

and here a quote from one of his negatives I found so far

.....bottom line on this guy is that he likes to sell things that he knows he's getting but really doesnt know when. In stock items he seems to get to people quickly w/ few problems, but positive percentages can be misleading in cases like this. If you go through all of his feedback pages he also has many "mutually withdrawn" feedback with others. That means he didnt have it in stock when he said he would and he refunded the money and had the negative removed once everything was reconciled.
I think we can pretty much squash the validity of this guy though....unfortunately....i wanted it to be true...believe me i did.
 
Why sucker yourself. There is no such thing as a pre-order. The phone is released or it is not avaialble. And when it is released you can buy from anybody. Dont get suckered.
 
What? Nokia doesn't have the firmware ironed out (two more firmware releases are due)...

Unless they are going through two releases in a little over a week I don't believe this. Although, it would be AWESOME!
