N90 firmware upgrade?

I'm a noob at this so pardon me if I sound too stupid but how do I upgrade my firmware for my N90? Is there an upgrade software I can use? (like for the N91) Do I have to take it somewhere to uprade the firmware? I'm asking this because my N90's firmware is one of the first ones (it was bought within the first 1-2 months of being released) so I know there are a lot of bugs and imperfections.

Any help/ info would be greatly appreciated.

As you probably know this web site http://www.nokia.com/A4176089 has updates for many of the series 60 nokias are listed... yours isn't there quite yet be I'm sure you'll see it there soon... maybe you can download the software anyway and keep checking until something happens. Hang in there!

Don't feel bad I'm in the same boat. My N90 is still running on the first version of the firmware and it acts a little funky in the gallery, and when switching from the camra to gallery. I reallllly hope Nokia gets that upgrade out soon. Just make sure you have everything in your phone (phone memory and rs-mmc) backed up, I've read that updating is an involved process. By the way here is another forum you might find usefull in reguards to this topic... http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/discussions/board/message?board.id=swupdate&message.id=4594&view=by_date_ascending&page=3

At this point, the easiest way would just be to ship it off. iunlock.com can do it I believe, and Evan over there is very trustworthy (he's a forum member).
